Executing a successful meeting or conference is no easy task, and as it turns out, hosting a virtual conference can feel just as challenging! There are a ton of moving pieces involved, many existing solutions that may or may not be a fit for every specific event, and many other important considerations. We created GruupMeet to help simplify tedious processes related to managing meetings, and we wanted to ensure that our super-simplified approach based on client feedback and experience helped drive our approach to virtual options. We believe flexibility and ease of use for everyone are important. We also know how significant first impressions are to our customers. Thus, GruupMeet's virtual events solution offers a variety of ways for businesses to collaborate and share content without needing to install any software. Because GruupMeet focuses on bringing your entire teem together in one, powerful platform, presentations and screen sharing are installation-free for organizers AND for participants viewing your meeting. Presenters can run meetings from within GruupMeet with the viewing module embedded on a site or by sharing a white-labeled, SSL secure browser viewing link. Our virtual solution is suited for virtual meetings with as few as 100 guests or enterprise events with 1,000's of participants. Also, pricing can be based on a minimum subscription amount for more flexibility OR based on a cost per minute basis (based on a minimum of 60 minutes and 100 attendees per event).
