Virtual event tech support service is based on four (4) hours for a one (1) hour live event ensuring objectives are aligned, pre-event preparation and technology tools are expertly selected to run an efficient event and attendees are welcomed and delighted as personalized greetings, private messages, wait rooms, Q&A, security features and guests’ support/access issues are managed professionally during your event. We seek to understand each client's needs and we strive to ask the right questions and propose the best solutions based on experience as event tech experts and software architects. The long-term relationship is important to us. We have current customers who have renewed subscriptions for over 5 years consistently, and we seek to earn and keep your business.
