Does flight monitoring cost extra?
One of the benefits of our tool is that service also includes flight schedule/data services. We aggregate data from over 1,000 airlines, up to 100,000 daily, sourced through leading tracking providers and some GDS to provide the most accurate information. Data is continually accessed through our partners and cached into the systems based on our system’s framework, providing immediate access to the relevant, real-time information needed to make decisions. This results in very fast updates under most conditions. In short, we have developed our unique database system for managing information and data across a variety of sources. This allows GruupMeet to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information often before other solutions such as airport apps. What Happens if I am Not Satisfied?
If you have purchased a subscription or an Annual Plan (does not apply to On-Demand plans), within the first 30 days, you can ask for your money back for any reason, and we’ll issue a full refund to your credit card straight away. We may ask for your feedback so we can improve our service, but we won’t hassle you otherwise. ALL of our clients who started with us, are still with us as paying customers so we doubt you’ll be disappointed but we will understand and do our best to help and learn from the situation.

What about international flights or non-English groups?
GruupMeet is designed to support teams with logistics and communications in all airport and group travel destinations, globally. Our current annual paying customers regularly rely on GruupMeet for events in the United States, Canada, Mexico/South America and Australia. We are confident that time zones, airports, and language will not be a problem. Because planning teams manage communications, it’s simple for other languages to be used even though GruupMeet’s web and mobile app solution consist of English instructions.
How often is delay information/participant data updated?
Our solution typically begins aggregating flight data queries about two (2) months prior to a specific meeting or event. However, this largely depends on specific flights. GruupMeet gradually increases the frequency in which data is updated as the program approaches. Within two (2) weeks prior to the start of an arriving group, GruupMeet will check/monitor data and provide timely updates every minute (or less, depending on the data).
What is the cost for Admin Planner text message alerts?
We want you and your team to be informed! Our solution’s “ready-to-go” Admin Planner text message alerts are free for the organizer that created the meeting. However, message and data rates may apply – check with your mobile phone network or carrier. Custom features, such as two-way text message codes (i.e. text a code to receive related information), automatic text reply messages/automation, rerouting or message forwarding, text to data (i.e. create specific data or update data via text), are subject to additional setup/one-time fees(s).
Are Admin Planner text message alerts in English only?
Yes, although the meeting’s organizer may use other languages for any event’s on-demand email messages and/or two-way texts, Admin Planner text message alerts are currently only available in English at the time.
