Sales Coordinator

​The Sales Coordinator opportunity is an entry-level position and a great opportunity for college seniors or recent graduates. Knowledge of event planning or experience with meetings AND technology is a plus! This position is based on client needs and will require working days, evenings, and/or nights as well as holidays and weekends, as needed. The Sales Coordinator performs a variety of tasks from manning the frontlines of chat and phone customer support, to configuring client accounts for on-boarding, to supporting GruupMeet’s CEO and Customer Success teams with product demos to setting up and attending customer consulting meetings with the team.  

Please take note that the Sales Coordinator will be required to sign both a consulting and a confidentiality agreement, based on a period of confidence for 12-months. The Sales Coordinator also is required to record and submit weekly timesheets. Following the 30-day introductory period, we are open to providing some benefits to the Sales Coordinator (including health insurance). The Sales Coordinator will work directly with GruupMeet’s executive team and will have opportunities to interact virtually with a variety of Dallas/Fort Worth’s entrepreneur and startup communities. The Sales Coordinator must have a quiet, distraction-free work environment without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work hours. Also, your home office must have DSL or Cable Internet that is hardwired to a modem/router via Ethernet.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Confidently demonstrate and seek opportunities to add value to planners
  • Represent GruupMeet’s culture and values in “opportunity” conversations
  • Work with GruupMeet’s customer success team to carry out client’s goals
  • Support all customer implementation efforts
  • Shadow customer calls and related meetings
  • Implement some sales administrative needs
